Winter Solstice is a time to both honor the darkness and celebrate the return of light. In this gentle all-levels yoga practice, we will move at a slow pace, connecting breath and movement, allowing time to feel our connection with the cycles of nature and ourselves. In the second part of class, supportive restorative poses invite in stillness, bringing awareness to the sacred space within ourselves, and honoring the end of one cycle and the beginning of the next.
This class is suitable for all levels. No prior yoga experience necessary. Yoga mats and props are provided.
