Thrive Together: A Women’s Wellness Journey
Your health and wellness journey is always evolving—midlife is the perfect time to prioritize what matters most to you. Thrive Together is a supportive 8-week, virtual group coaching experience designed to help you identify and work toward a health goal that truly matters to you. Whether it’s managing stress, creating a sustainable movement routine, managing a health condition, or prioritizing self-care, this journey is about you.
How It Works:
🗓️ 🗓️ 8 Weeks of Guided Support – Bi-weekly, virtual coaching sessions over two months. We’ll meet on Zoom every other Tuesday evening from 7pm -8pm May 6th through August 12th.
⏳ 60-Minute Live Sessions– Deep-dive discussions, goal-setting, and break-out sessions
🤞 Personalized Goal-Setting Framework – Define and achieve a wellness goal that fits your life
💬 Accountability & Community – Connect with like-minded women for support and motivation
💡 Encouragement Without Judgment – A safe space to show up as you are and move forward with confidence
